Intended Use: UVC-germicidal and photolysis surface disinfection, UV emitter based on quartz halogen, plasma arc operation in laboratory, and commercial/industrial TOC reduction.

Aperture: 230 mm diameter. Shielded by high-temperature UVC-blocking filter and an outer UV-transmitting acrylic shield.

Operation: The lamp can be oriented at any angle for operation.

UV Intensity: At 25mm from the outer shield:

• 285 miliWatts/cm² in the 320nm to 410nm range, peak 340nm and 365nm;
• 65 MED in the 280nm to 320nm range;
• 9200 microW/cm² 254nm.

Reflector Type: Parabolic glass reflector available with dichroic coating to reduce IR emissions.

Power Input: 120 VAC, 60 Hz, 9.8 Amp, available 120 Volts at 60 Hz with external transformer.

Power Inlet: Standard IEC grounded, 220 volts AC.

Lamp Life: 1000 hours continuous run, 700 hours intermittent run at 25% UV output loss at the lamp end life.

Regulatory Approvals: Conforms to CSA/NRTL/ANSI standards UL1431 as well manufactured according to ISO 13485 quality controls. Manufactured in Canada by Tanses Technologies Inc.

Caution:

• Do not spray any liquid based atomizers while the cooling fan is on. Any atomized spray may damage the extremely hot lamp while the cooling air circulates around the lamp envelope.
  
• Do not use in the vicinity of any explosive powder or sprayed flammable liquids due to its high ignition voltage and high lamp temperature of 950°C.
  
• Wear eye protection. UV radiation may damage eyes and may cause serious skin burns in a short time. Long-term exposure may result in DNA mutation.
